Our brand new housing community, University Studios is located at 1900 Simcoe Street, just next door to the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and Durham College campus. A short stroll up the street puts you right at the centre of campus, meaning no more public transit or searching for parking.
In addition to being close to campus, we are also conveniently located right next door to your favourite dining options such as Bang Bang Burrito, The BLVD Restaurant, and Bar, Kips Flamin Burgers, Pizza Xpress Plus and St. Louis Bar and Grill. For those coffee-lovers with early morning commitments, there will a Starbucks located right in the building means you can avoid those long campus coffee lines.
