Easy to Make – 5 Ingredient Dinner Ideas


Mexican Quinoa Salad

  • 1 cup of quinoa (cooked)

  • ½ cup of Black Beans (cooked or uncooked - it's your choice)

  • 1 avocado cut into 4 even pieces

  • 1 cup of chopped Lettuce

  • 2 table spoons of salsa (spicy or mild is up to you!)

    Mix all of these ingredients together in a bowl and it’s ready to eat. Make sure you eat it pretty soon after cooking otherwise the lettuce will get all soggy and it won’t taste as great.


Meat-wrapped Chicken with Fresh Veggies

  • Green Beans

  • Olive Oil

  • Pepper

  • Chicken Breast

  • Prosciutto 

    Turn your oven on to broil. Wrap the chicken in the prosciutto and rub a little on them. Broil for 20 minutes and serve. 10 minutes into broiling the chicken, fry up the green beans on a pan with some olive oil and sprinkle on a little pepper. 

    Pro tip: Use a tooth pick to keep the prosciutto in place around the chicken if you find it’s not staying in place.
